WooCommerce is a customizable eCommerce plugin for WordPress that powers online stores, product catalogs, and customer transactions.
Churned integrates with WooCommerce to sync customer profiles, order history, and product interaction data for better segmentation and churn analysis.
How to connect WooCommerce to Churned.io Log in to the Churned platform and go to the “Integrations” section. Click on “New Integration” and select WooCommerce from the list.
You will be prompted to enter the following credentials:
Required Credentials
consumerKey – Your WooCommerce API consumer key.
consumerSecret – The corresponding API secret.
storeUrl – The URL of your WooCommerce store.
Here’s how you can obtain these credentials:
Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.
Click Add Key, name it, and assign read or read/write access.
Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Your store URL is your domain (e.g.,
https://yourstore.com
).
Input the Credentials Paste the store URL, consumer key, and consumer secret into the Churned integration form.
Click Save to test the connection. Once it’s working, notify the Churned team to begin syncing data.
