Exact online

Exact Online is an ERP and accounting software used by businesses for finance, HR, and logistics management.

Churned integrates with Exact Online to sync financial data, automate reporting, and track customer interactions.

How to Connect Exact Online to Churned

  1. Log in to the Churned platform and go to the “Integrations” section.

  2. Click “New Integration” and select Exact Online from the list.

  3. You will be prompted to enter the following credentials:

Required Credentials

  • clientId – The Client ID from the Exact Online Developer Portal.

  • clientSecret – The Client Secret associated with the app.

  • division – The division number assigned to your Exact Online environment.

  • token – The authentication token used for API access.

How to Retrieve Your Exact Online Credentials

1. Get the clientId and clientSecret

  1. Log in to the Exact Online Developer Portal (https://start.exactonline.nl).

  2. Navigate to API Center and register a new application.

  3. Once registered, copy the Client ID and Client Secret.

2. Get the division number

  1. Log in to Exact Online.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Company Information.

  3. Locate your division number in the account details.

3. Get the authentication token

  1. Authenticate with Exact Online using the OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.

  2. Obtain the access token after successful authentication.

Final Steps

  1. Enter all the credentials in the Churned integration form.

  2. Click Save and test the connection.

  3. Once connected, notify the Churned team to synchronize data.
