# Shopify

**How to connect Shopify to Churned.io**\
Log in to the Churned platform and go to the “Integrations” section. Click on “New Integration” and select Shopify from the list.

You will be prompted to enter the following credentials:

**Required Credentials**

* **storeUrl** – The URL of your Shopify store (e.g., `yourstore.myshopify.com`).
* **apiKey** – The API key from your private app.
* **apiPassword** – The API password generated by Shopify.

**Here’s how you can obtain these credentials:**

1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
2. Go to **Apps > Develop apps** (enable this if not yet activated).
3. Create a new custom app or open an existing one.
4. Under **API credentials**, copy the **Admin API Key** and **Admin API Password**.
5. Your store URL is in the address bar: `yourstore.myshopify.com`.

**Input the Credentials**\
Paste the store URL, API key, and API password into the Churned integration form.

Click **Save** to test the connection. Once it’s working, notify the Churned team to begin syncing data.
