Churned integrates with Piano to import customer data, subscription status, and behavioral events, improving churn forecasting and audience segmentation.

How to connect Piano to Churned.io Log in to the Churned platform and go to the “Integrations” section. Click on “New Integration” and select Piano from the list.

You will be prompted to enter the following credentials:

Required Credentials

• apiKey – Your Piano API key.

• aid – Your Piano application ID.

• endpoint – The base API endpoint for your Piano environment.

Here’s how you can obtain these credentials:

1. Log in to the Piano Dashboard.

2. Navigate to Settings > API Credentials.

3. Copy your API key and AID (Application ID).

4. Use the correct API endpoint, usually https://sandbox.piano.io/api or https://api.piano.io/api, depending on your environment.

Input the Credentials Paste the API key, AID, and endpoint URL into the Churned integration form.

Click Save to test the connection. Once it’s working, notify the Churned team to begin syncing data.
