Gridhub

GridHub is a data sync platform that unifies tools across marketing, sales, and customer success to streamline operations and centralize customer data.

Churned integrates with GridHub to import customer data, events, and user attributes, enhancing the precision of churn predictions and customer lifecycle automation.

How to connect GridHub to Churned

Log in to the Churned platform and go to the “Integrations” section. Click on “New Integration” and select GridHub from the list.

Required Credentials

• apiKey – Your GridHub API key for authentication.

• workspaceId – The ID of your GridHub workspace used to identify your environment.

Here’s how you can obtain these credentials:

apiKey

1. Log in to your GridHub dashboard.

2. Navigate to Settings > API Keys.

3. Create a new API Key if needed, or copy an existing one.

4. Make sure the key has sufficient read permissions to access data you wish to sync with Churned.

5. Copy and store the API Key securely.

workspaceId

1. In GridHub, go to your Workspace settings.

2. The workspace ID is usually listed in the workspace URL or in the settings overview.

3. Example: If your dashboard URL is https://app.gridhub.io/workspaces/abc123, then abc123 is your workspaceId.

Input the Credentials Enter the retrieved credentials into the Churned integration form:

• apiKey: Your GridHub API key.

• workspaceId: Your GridHub workspace ID.
