🚦 Your Onboarding Flow (Step-by-Step)
We’ve broken onboarding into 6 simple stages. Here’s what you can expect:

We’ll kick things off with a quick intro meeting — just to align on your goals, get to know your business, and map out what success looks like for you.

Next, we’ll explore your data setup together. Don’t worry — you don’t need to have everything figured out right away.
What we’ll do:
Go through your available data sources (CRM, billing, product usage, etc.)
Help you fill out our variable list (we promise it’s not scary)
Answer any technical questions about your data
The goal here is to figure out what signals we can use to predict churn — and make sure they’re all in the right shape.
3. 🌐 Connecting the Dots (aka Your Data)
Once we know where your data lives, we’ll connect it to Churned.
You can use:
A direct integration (e.g., Segment, Snowflake, BigQuery, Salesforce, Stripe)
A secure data upload
Or your own custom setup (we’re flexible)
We’ll guide you or your tech person through it — no guesswork involved.

Before we start modeling anything, we’ll check your data to make sure it’s clean and usable.
