A task's name (**rule**) should clearly convey its purpose and describe the action to be taken or the topic it addresses.

## Suggested Tasks

**Suggested tasks** are tasks that can be/ have been created because they matched the conditions that were set in the rule.

## Category

You can have multiple **categories** where you can place the rule in, for example:&#x20;

## Active

You can decide if you want to put your rule on **active,** you could pauze it by changing the rules active status or you can create the rule but you want to hold off on setting it live.

## Add Rule

*To **add a rule** you can fill in the following:*

* **Name** → name of the task
* **Description** → write a short explanation about the task
* **Category** → you can categorise the task you created
* **Priority** → when a task has been created based on a rule it will get a certain priority based on the priority that you add to the rule. (Lowest, Low, Medium, High, Highest)
* **Active** → you can check the active button if you want the rule to start creating tasks
* **Rule** → setting different conditions to reach the audience you are looking for and you want to create tasks for *(a longer explanation below)*
