# Audiences

The Audiences feature gives you a clean, powerful way to target exactly the right users—whether you're trying to reduce churn, bring back dormant subscribers, or identify upsell potential. It’s not just about grouping people; it’s about turning data into decisions.

And it’s all presented in a fast, intuitive interface that helps you *act*, not just analyze.

#### Built to Show You Where the Opportunities Are

At a glance, your top-performing audiences are ranked and ready. Each row gives you a quick overview:

* **Name** of the segment (like *Sleepers* or *High reactivation potentials*)
* **Number of customers** in the group (e.g. *11,311 users* in Sleepers)
* **Category** it belongs to: Retention, Reactivation, Upsell, Engagement
* A green button to **open the associated workflow**—or create one on the spot

You can sort by impact, filter by use case, or search by name. It’s fast, clean, and built for speed—no digging through exports or waiting on filters.

#### Built for Collaboration and Scale

Audiences are:

* **Dynamic**: They update automatically based on live data
* **Reusable**: You define an audience once and use it anywhere—campaigns, dashboards, reports, or integrations
* **Connected**: Whether it’s churn risk, LTV, or engagement history, you can layer in all your key signals

It’s like having a smart customer list that maintains itself, so you never have to rebuild the same filter twice.

**Trigger actions and track behaviour**\
Once an audience is created, you can build automations that act when someone enters or exits that group. Perfect for tracking churn risk or sending targeted messages.

**See exactly who’s in each audience**\
Click the audience number to view a full list of customers — no guessing, just clear visibility.

#### A Smarter Way to Segment

Instead of building audiences from scratch every time, you start with intelligent defaults—designed around real retention goals. From there, you can tweak, extend, or create your own from scratch.

Whether you're a marketer looking to boost upsell, or a lifecycle team trying to catch churn before it happens, Audiences gives you a running start.
