## Health Score

The **health score** will show you the amount of customers that were in a certain health level from the start to the end of the chosen period, and it will show the percentage change in customers.&#x20;

## Activity

The **activity** displays information that is focussed on the engagement in the company, the activity can show support data or communication data etc.

## Churned

This stacked bar chart will display people that have **churned** during a specific period. On the right side you will see the total amount of people that have churned in all of the stacked bars, compared to the total amount of customers that are in that health level.&#x20;

## Sentiments given

The **sentiments given** are divided in:

* Very dissatisfied
* Dissatisfied
* Neutral
* Satisfied
* Very satisfied

This circle will give you an overview of the amount of sentiments you have given and the total amount per sentiment with the ...% of the total.

## Engagement / Health score & ARR

You will be able to see how the **Health score/ARR/Engagement score** has changed over time based on the time period that is being displayed.

> If you aren't sure what which month/date is being compared to one another?! Just put your mouse on the value and you will be able to see the date.
>
> The numbers that are being displayed are rounded up or down but the percentage displayed is the correct percentage change.

## Filters

  * The custom filters are made to filter "internally", meaning that they don't have their own column but the information will be filtered in the system.
