Trend over time

The trend over time graph will show you the rate over time based on the filter you choose. The graph is interactive, so just go over the graph with your mouse and you will be able yo see what the rate was in a certain month.

You can choose different filters to decide what data you want to display.

When the filter is said on, for example, churn rate/ARR you can use your mouse to go over the interactive graph and you will be able to see: the churn rate and the top 3 risk drivers (increasing/decreasing).

Top 3 Risk Drivers

With the risk drivers you will be able to see which actions are increase and decreasing your rate of churn.

Something to keep in mind with these risk drivers is that for some customers these risks could increase the risk of churn and for some it can decrease it.
