Overview

Rule

A task's name (rule) should clearly convey its purpose and describe the action to be taken or the topic it addresses.

Description

The description will give you a little more information on what the rule will look for and create a task for.

Suggested Tasks

Suggested tasks are tasks that can be/ have been created because they matched the conditions that were set in the rule.

Category

You can have multiple categories where you can place the rule in, for example:

⚙ Admin

⏱ Cadence

âš ī¸Ž Alert

Active

You can decide if you want to put your rule on active, you could pauze it by changing the rules active status or you can create the rule but you want to hold off on setting it live.

Actions

Below the action button you can either edit or delete the rule you created.

Add Rule

To add a rule you can fill in the following:

  • Priority → when a task has been created based on a rule it will get a certain priority based on the priority that you add to the rule. (Lowest, Low, Medium, High, Highest)

  • Active → you can check the active button if you want the rule to start creating tasks

  • Rule → setting different conditions to reach the audience you are looking for and you want to create tasks for (a longer explanation below)
