A task's name (rule) should clearly convey its purpose and describe the action to be taken or the topic it addresses.
Description
The description will give you a little more information on what the rule will look for and create a task for.
Suggested Tasks
Suggested tasks are tasks that can be/ have been created because they matched the conditions that were set in the rule.
Category
You can have multiple categories where you can place the rule in, for example:
â Admin
âą Cadence
â ī¸ Alert
Active
You can decide if you want to put your rule on active, you could pauze it by changing the rules active status or you can create the rule but you want to hold off on setting it live.
Actions
Below the action button you can either edit or delete the rule you created.
Add Rule
To add a rule you can fill in the following:
Name â name of the task
Description â write a short explanation about the task
Category â you can categorise the task you created
Priority â when a task has been created based on a rule it will get a certain priority based on the priority that you add to the rule. (Lowest, Low, Medium, High, Highest)
Active â you can check the active button if you want the rule to start creating tasks
Rule â setting different conditions to reach the audience you are looking for and you want to create tasks for (a longer explanation below)

When you want to create a new rule you can add conditions to achieve what you are trying to find.

You are then able to set it to (or / and) depending on what you are looking for.
