MontaPacking

Montapacking is a logistics and fulfillment service provider that helps eCommerce businesses manage order shipping, inventory, and warehousing.

Churned integrates with Montapacking to sync order data and delivery status, enabling improved customer journey tracking and churn analysis.

How to connect Montapacking to Churned.io Log in to the Churned platform and go to the ā€œIntegrationsā€ section. Click on ā€œNew Integrationā€ and select Montapacking from the list.

You will be prompted to enter the following credentials:

Required Credentials

  • username – The Montapacking API username.

  • password – The Montapacking API password.

  • clientCode – Your unique Montapacking client code.

Here’s how you can obtain these credentials:

  1. Log in to your Montapacking account or contact your account manager.

  2. Request API credentials if you don’t already have them.

  3. You will receive a username, password, and your clientCode (also sometimes called customer ID).

Input the Credentials Paste the username, password, and clientCode into the Churned integration form.

Click Save to test the connection. Once it’s working, notify the Churned team to begin syncing data.
