Churned integrates with Google Analytics to analyze customer engagement, track marketing attribution, and gain insights into user retention.
How to Connect Google Analytics to Churned
Log in to the Churned platform and navigate to the “Integrations” section.
Click “New Integration” and select Google Analytics from the list.
You will be prompted to enter the following credentials:
Required Credential
googleCredentials – A JSON key file that grants access to your Google Analytics data.
How to Retrieve Your Google Analytics Credentials
Go to the Google Cloud Console.
Select the project associated with your Google Analytics account.
Navigate to APIs & Services > Credentials.
Click Create Credentials and select Service Account.
Assign the role "Viewer" (or "Editor" if required).
In the Keys section, click Add Key > Create New Key.
Choose JSON format and download the file.
Final Steps
Upload the JSON key file in the Churned integration form under googleCredentials.
Click Save and test the connection.
Once connected, notify the Churned team to synchronize data.
