Freshdesk is a cloud-based customer support platform that helps businesses manage customer queries, support tickets, and automation.
Churned integrates with Freshdesk to sync ticketing data, track customer interactions, and analyze support performance.
How to Connect Freshdesk to Churned
Log in to the Churned platform and go to the “Integrations” section.
Click “New Integration” and select Freshdesk from the list.
You will be prompted to enter the following credentials:
Required Credentials
apiDomain – Your Freshdesk account domain (e.g., yourcompany.freshdesk.com).
apiKey – The API key used for authentication.
How to Retrieve Your Freshdesk Credentials
1. Get the apiDomain
Log in to your Freshdesk account.
Your apiDomain is the URL you use to access Freshdesk (e.g., https://yourcompany.freshdesk.com).
2. Get the API Key
Log in to Freshdesk as an Admin.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Profile Settings.
Copy the API key displayed under Your API Key.
Final Steps
Enter the apiDomain and apiKey in the Churned integration form.
Click Save and test the connection.
Once connected, notify the Churned team to synchronize data.
