ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is an email marketing and automation platform. It offers tools for email campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM.

Churned seamlessly integrates with ActiveCampaign as a destination connection. If you already use ActiveCampaign, we highly recommend connecting to it, as it is the fastest way to experience the full value Churned has to offer. This integration ensures real-time data synchronization and enhances your ability to engage with customers effectively.

How to connect ActiveCampaign to Churned.io

Login to Churned platform and go to integration part. Click on "New Integration" and add ActiveCampaign.

After adding ActiveCampaign, you will need more information as in this image.

Here’s how you can obtain these credentials:

1. Account Name

Your accountName is the subdomain part of your ActiveCampaign URL. For example, if your ActiveCampaign URL is https://yourcompany.activehosted.com, then yourcompany is your account name.

2. API Key

To generate or find your API key in ActiveCampaign, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to ActiveCampaign:

    • Go to your ActiveCampaign account and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Settings:

    • Click on your profile name in the bottom left corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Go to Developer Settings:

    • In the Settings menu, click on "Developer" in the left-hand sidebar.

  4. Find or Generate API Key:

    • You will see your API key listed on the Developer settings page. If you don't see an API key, you may need to generate one by clicking the "Generate API Key" button.

  5. Copy the API Key:

    • Copy the API key and store it securely as you will need to enter it into the integration setup form.

Input the Credentials

After obtaining the accountName and apiKey, enter them into the integration setup form in Churned platform as shown in the screenshot.

  1. Account Name: Your ActiveCampaign subdomain.

  2. API Key: The API key you copied from the Developer settings.

Click "Send" to complete the integration setup.
