Open Task

Overview


Title

The name (title) of your task so you know what the task is about.

Status

The status of your task can but put on:

  • Open

  • Closed

  • In Progress

  • Done


Priority

You can prioritize your tasks so it is easier to find out what you need to do first. You can choose the following: Highest, High, Medium, Low, Lowest.


Assignee

You can assign someone to a specific task which will give them a notification so they are aware that a task has been created for them.


Description

You can add a description to your task if you want to explain a little more about a certain task.


Customer

The customer of who the task is meant for could be an individual or a client/company.


Due date

A due date can be set to have a deadline for when the task should be done.

You can click on due date to filter the order of the due dates. This way you can see which task should be completed first and last.


Tags

You can add tags to tasks so it will be easier to determine what kind of task it is or which department it is part off.


Creation date & Created by

When you create a task it will show you who created the task and when the task was created.


Create Task

To create a task you can fill in the following:

  • Title → name of the task

  • Description → write a short explanation about the task

  • Due Date → select a date that you want the task to be finished

  • Tags → select (or create) a tag to the task

  • Status → Open, Closed, Done, In Progress

  • Priority → Low, Medium, High, Highest

  • Customer → choosing a customer that this task has to do with

  • Assignee → who is responsible for this task

Create Tags

You can easily create custom tags to categorize tasks. And assign unique colors to each tag which will make it easier to identify which tasks have the same tags.


Filter

Tasks can be filtered to make it easier to find the tasks you are looking for.
